For the purpose of our services, we process your personal data. We attach great importance to your privacy and we will therefore handle these personal data confidentially and carefully. Applicability of privacy statement

This privacy statement provides information on the processing of personal data by or on behalf of La Boite and applies only to the use of personal data of its customers and visitors of laboite.co.uk.

This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites, such as websites or apps to which La Boite refers to on its website and in its mailings. La Boite recommends consulting the privacy policies of these third parties on their respective websites.

In what way do we collect personal data?

La Boite may receive information from you in the following ways:

• Directly from you: for example, by entering into a contract with us, when you contact us by e-mail, telephone or in writing, or by subscribing to our newsletter.
• Via our own website: for, among other things, the exercise, improvement and registration of our services, we collect various data via our website, including through the use of cookies.

• For the purpose of entering into, maintaining and improving the contractual relationship with its (potential) customers, or for improving the services and products.
• To apply and implement legal obligations.

La Boite may send newsletters by e-mail. If you no longer wish to receive a newsletter, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.

Personal data will not be used for purposes other than those described above.

With whom do we share your personal data?

La Boite may share your personal data with to La Boite affiliates, its clients, subcontractors (such as processors) providing services or performing assignments on our behalf, suppliers, government agencies and other business relations.

La Boite may be required to provide your data because of an op La Boite resting legal obligation and/or in response to requests to do so by authorities.

La Boite has taken the necessary organisational and contractual measures to this end to ensure that personal data are processed and protected in line with European and Dutch legislation.

What rights do you have?

How do we secure your personal data?

La Boite takes the protection of personal data extremely seriously and takes appropriate physical, administrative, organisational and technical measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.

Nevertheless, if you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, or if you would like more information about the security of your personal data, please contact La Boite via info@laboite.nl.
