Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. During this period, you have the opportunity to check your items for defects.

Register return

You need to register your return in your account at www.laboite.nl . here, tick the item you wish to return and press send. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a return number. Please quote this number on the outside of your parcel.
If you ordered without an account, you can return your return(s) without notification.

Returns must meet the following conditions:

• Clothing has not been worn and must not contain (perspiration) stains (this does not include trying on)
• Shoes that have been tried on have no running marks on the sole, making it impossible for La Boite to sell them as new.
• The original labels, packaging and accessories must be present in decent condition.
• Always use the same box/packaging as at delivery or a different box for returning, but never stick tape directly on shoeboxes, making them impossible to restore in good condition.
